Ham & Cheese Souffle


14-16 slices bread, cubed
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz swiss cheese, grated
16 oz cubed ham
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 cups corn flakes
1/2 cup butter, melted

Grease 9X13 baking pan. Layer half bread, then cheese, then ham, then another layer of bread. Mix eggs, milk, onion salt and dry mustard. Pour mixture over all. Top with corn flake and butter mixture. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Serves 10.
*This recipe was in a previous newsletter submitted by Sarah K and I used mozzarella cheese when I brought this to MOPS. You can also half the recipe and put in pie plate.
